We're seeking an expert SQL Database Administrator with advanced skills in managing and developing databases. The opportunity is limited to self-starters with an advanced level of experience in managing and developing databases and capable of working independently in a fluid custom application development environment. You will be an integral part of a selective professional IT team that directly supports the operational planning cycle to support mission success.\r\nThis position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization in Fayetteville, NC. Selected candidate for hire MUST be able to work onsite.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nManage database objects, constraints, replication, and storage structures.\r\nExpertise in SQL tuning and XML technologies.\r\nStrong understanding of database schema, data modeling, and architecture.\r\nProvide advice to the software development team and support application teams.\r\nAnalyze, design, build, test, and implement database solutions.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nActive TS/SCI clearance.\r\n8 years of progressive experience performing complex analysis, design, development, and modification to improve efficiency of Microsoft SQL and/or PostgreSQL databases in support of enterprise architecture.\r\nProficiency in administering and deploying server equipment.\r\nStrong communication skills.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01.\r\nDesired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree and three additional years of general experience in the fields of database administration, intelligence systems architecture and geospatial systems are highly desirable.\r\nMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) SQL Server certifications desired.\r\nWhat You Can Expect\r\nA culture of integrity.\r\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
