This key role will develop, implement, and manage content strategies that amplify our mission, grow our audience, and foster meaningful connections across social platforms.This is a volunteer leadership role requiring a 2-year commitment to ensure continuity and consistent brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with BeYOUtiful's mission and programsCreate, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for reach and impactCollaborate with leadership and program teams to highlight events, initiatives, and community storiesManage social media campaigns, graphics, and multimedia content creationStay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh and engagingQualificationsExperience managing social media accounts and digital contentStrong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsFamiliarity with social media analytics and scheduling toolsCreativity, initiative, and ability to work independentlyPassion for empowering women and underserved communitiesCommitmentVolunteer-based leadership role2-year commitment requiredParticipation in content planning meetings, campaigns, and social media reportingIf you are a strategic storyteller with a passion for digital engagement and community impact, we invite you to join BeYOUtiful and help amplify our mission online.
