A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner in the Energy Division (Remote). Key ResponsibilitiesSearches and examines chains of title primarily for commercial land Performs title examination of complex title orders requiring a high level of title expertise Abstracts and analyzes records to determine ownership and legal restrictionsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of directly related Commercial Title experience in Texas, Iowa, Colorado, or Pennsylvania Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents Ability to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to do business in a broad geographic area
