Primary responsibilities include monetary accounting activities, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accounts and portfolio servicing. Provides coordination for office operations, including events, in order to create a positive environment for clients and team members.\nA typical day:\nClient Service\nProvides front line customer service to clients, proactively identifying needs and resolving a variety of requests via phone, online and in-person to ensure a positive and consistent experience.\nEstablishes, develops and maintains a strong relationship with internal and external clients and third parties, acting as a liaison between groups.\nProvides exceptional service to all clients and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.\nCommunicates, collaborates with and provides assistance to other business units and/or teams to meet the needs of internal and external clients.\nEducates the team, clients and third parties on basic policies, processes, transactional delivery and servicing.\nTakes appropriate steps to help identify and prevent fraud.\nAssists Sales Team in determining appropriate client products and delivery tools. Actively promotes the organization's products and services to enhance the relationship and efficiency for the client.\nServes as a back-up to the Contact Center when needed.\nLoan Servicing\nProvides servicing for PCA loan renewals, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Coordinates and tracks the compilation of documents needed for servicing transactions and scans and indexes documents\ninto systems.\nCoordinates, reviews and determines documents needed to perfect Compeer's required lien position on servicing transactions.\nEnsures loan transactions are completed within policy and compliance guidelines. Interprets internal credit summaries and loan documents to perform servicing tasks and escalates issues to\nappropriate department (e.g. sales, credit, loan accounting, client or third party) when further action is needed.\nInitiates loan renewals and servicing updates with loan accounting and tracks, monitors and ensures necessary corrections are made for system accuracy. Reviews and completes maintenance in\nresponse to a variety of daily and monthly client reports to promote data integrity.\nPrepares and delivers a variety of legal documents to clients on a timely basis to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.\nAccurately processes receipts, disbursements and maintenance to client accounts, including initiating electronic payments and reconciling payments and disbursements.Researches client transactions and resolves issues. Assists with follow up on delinquent accounts.\nKeeps current on related process, procedure and organizational updates\nOffice Support\nProvides office coverage during normal business hours to meet the needs of clients at location.\nCoordinates team member and/or client events and manages related invoices and requests.\nServes as an Office Ambassador. Manages day-to-day administrative office duties, including processing incoming and outgoing mail; coordinating team member equipment check out; and ordering and storing supplies (e.g., paper,\ncoffee, pop and Compeer literature) for location.\nActs as the point of contact for building maintenance and cleaning issues.\nThe skills and experience we prefer you have:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n0-5 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.\nKeen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processing steps.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nAdaptable to changing priorities and situations and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to prioritize client needs and work diligently to offer solutions that are both effective and timely.\nProficient in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn/use new systems (e.g. loan origination), applications and other related technology products.\nGeneral knowledge of farming operations and agriculture preferred.\nGeneral knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures preferred.\nKnowledge of Compeer and its loan products, digital tools and services desired.\n#IND200\nHow we will take care of you:\nOur job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.).
