Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) Support contract.\n\nResponsibilities Include:\n\nDevelops and maintains working software that satisfies the customers needs.\nAnalyzes job tasks, organizational structure and user requirements to provide system-wide solutions.\nDesigns solutions based on customer needs, technical considerations and security requirements.\nCreates and maintains software code and automation scripts\nDefines, analyzes, validates and documents complex operating environments, states of technology and current processes.\nCreates and maintains technical and user documentation\nMaintains configuration management and version control within a government provided software repository using Git or other version control system.\nConducts code reviews and scans to identify potential flaws in code and mitigate vulnerabilities\nPerforms risk analysis to identify threats, vulnerabilities and likelihood and impact of exploitation\nAutomates and performs unit testing\nImplements Security Technical Implementation Guides\nIdentifies, analyzes, implements and tests software patches.\nCapture security controls used during the requirements phase to integrate security within the process, to identify key security objectives, and to maximize software security while minimizing disruption to plans and schedules.\nUnderstands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto\nUnderstands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management\nQualifications:\n\nAble to lead a team by identifying the work required and appropriately delegating tasks to team members.\nAble to oversee work performed by others and ensure quality by identifying and correcting errors.\nA Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline + 5 years of relevant experience all within the last 5 years.\nFive (5) additional years of applicable experience with appropriate
