If you thrive in environments where you can take ownership, build relationships, and grow your influence, this is a great fit.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nHelp Lead UX Initiatives Across Product Lines\nWork with UX leaders on projects that span multiple products and teams.\nTake a proactive and collaborative approach to help define requirements and outcomes.\nBring clarity to complex programs, making sure key tasks and milestones stay on track by organizing goals, timelines, and driving communication.\nBuild strong partnerships with UX, Product, R&D and others.\nSpot cross-team gaps and help close them before they become bigger issues.\n\nPlan, Coordinate, and Deliver\nManage timelines, plans, risks, and dependencies for UX and product initiatives.\nHelp run meetings, checkpoints, reviews, and cross-functional syncs.\nHelp Product and UX teams refine planning, prioritization, and communication processes.\nBring structure and calm to fast-moving projects.\n\nYou’ll Be Great in This Role If You…\nAre organized, thoughtful, and good at bringing clarity to complex situations.\nEnjoy connecting people and making sure everyone is aligned.\nFeel comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping things moving even when there are unknowns.\nAre curious about how UX, Product, and Engineering work together.\nAren’t afraid to ask questions, raise risks, or improve a process if it’s not working.\nHave a mindset centered on collaboration, humility, and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications:\n4+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExceptionally well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, plan and track timelines and deliverables, and develop effective monitoring systems to ensure project success\nStrong collaborator and team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization\n\nNice to Have:\nExposure to UX processes or design teams.\nUnderstanding of software design and development processes in an Agile or scrum environment.\nExperience running meetings, taking action notes, or coordinating multiple workstreams.\nAny project or program certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a bonus.\n\nAbout NiCE\nNICE Ltd.
