Together, we advance your career.\nResponsibilities:\nTHE ROLE\nThe Program Management Analyst supports AMD’s change‑management organization by maintaining internal and customer Bills of Materials (BOMs), coordinating end‑to‑end change control processes, and driving process improvements across engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams. The role blends data analysis, cross‑functional communication, and project management to ensure accurate product configuration and smooth implementation of changes.\n\nTHE PERSON\nA proactive, independent self‑starter who takes ownership of tasks and delivers high‑quality work on time\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment\nStrong communicator who can clearly explain changes and influence cross‑functional alignment\nAnalytical thinker who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with data\nAble to collaborate with internal teams and external customers while maintaining professionalism and accuracy\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintain and update BOMs within AMD’s internal PLM system (Agile) to support material ordering and build activities\nReview AMD BOMs and maintain customer BOMs to ensure alignment after customer PLM releases\nUnderstand change‑management processes and identify opportunities for improvement\nDrive implementation of process changes and coordinate with impacted cross‑functional teams\nEngage internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with change requirements\nCollaborate with customers to resolve open items in PLM and issue‑tracking systems\nCollect, analyze, and report data to customers on a weekly and monthly basis\nPrioritize work based on internal and customer process requirements\nPropose new approaches and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness\nWork independently with AMD tools and systems to complete assigned tasks without additional direct\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nExperience in project or program management\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive issues to closure\nStrong communication skills for cross‑functional alignment and stakeholder updates\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)\nExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nFamiliarity with PLM systems (Agile or similar)\nProven track record of process improvement and continuous‑improvement minds\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS\nBachelor’s degree required\n#LI-KW1\nThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nQualifications:\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\n\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
