This position will primarily work at the Cary, NC Farm, though it will also support programming at the Raleigh, NC Farm. This is a full-time, onsite role, and will be required to work on Saturdays.\n\nAbout CORRAL\n\nCORRAL is a faith-motivated nonprofit that provides adolescent girls in high-risk situations a holistic program of equine therapy and education so they may gain access to a bright future. Our participants may be \"high-risk\" due to socioeconomic status, trauma such as neglect, abuse, or, more frequently, a combination of these situations. CORRAL is intended as a long-term intervention for the participants, requiring a minimum of one year's commitment from each girl upon enrollment. Our staff provides intensely personal and high contact programming that includes only the uppermost standards of literacy and academic tutoring, vocational training, and equine-assisted therapy programs.\n\nDescription of Role\n\nThe Program Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's programs and services, specifically Join the Herd (JTH) and City of Raleigh. The Program Operations Manager role bridges program strategy and day-to-day operations by developing systems, managing processes, tracking performance metrics for compliance, and ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with CORRAL's mission and goals.\n\nProgramming Hours are Tuesday - Thursday 11 am until 7 pm and on Friday and Saturday 9 am until 5pm. A typical work week is Tuesday through Saturday. Summer Hours may shift to Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm. This position will report directly to the Senior Program Director.\n\nThe CORRAL team is big on collaboration, so you must have the ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other staff members. Outcomes and documentation are important, so you are able to complete the paperwork and analyses that help CORRAL hone its programs.\n\nKey Outcomes\n\nMeet annual goals for Total # of girls served in JTH\nManage Total # of girls on waitlist\nEnsure that the average Join The Herd Risk Score >12\nEnsure JTH and RA participant files are complete (including signed ISPs) and filed under locked key\nEnsure that more than 40% of JTH girls are court involved (annually) and 70% of JTH girls from priority referral partners (annually)\nEnsure that no more than 7 days passes between admission/termination before entered in NC\nAllies and notification of referral source (note: termination must be in writing and recommendations made for future treatment\nVolunteers are engaged and active to support CORRAL needs (generally NP30%, S>10%)\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProgram Administration\n\nOversee Join the Herd program logistics, track deliverables, and ensure all services run seamlessly\nManages Participant Intake, termination, and file compliance for Join the Herd\nEnsures that all participant paper files are up to date and complete in order to meet any and all grant compliance\nInputs all data into NC Allies (Join the Herd and Riding Academy) for outcome measures and monitoring\nPartners with Grants team on compliance needs for grants\n\nProgram Support\n\nOversees Alumni outreach and future community building efforts\nWorks to eradicate cultural barriers for participants to engage in services in collaboration with programming staff, including organizing transportation support for participants\nNo excuses: does \"whatever it takes\" to create future opportunity for the girls\nMaintains high expectations for staff and girls at all times\nProvides direct program support as needed\n\nData AnalysisReporting\n\nProduce and review dashboards and reports evaluating program health, KPIs, and ROI\nMonitors data proactively and makes data-driven decisions\n\nCross Functional Collaboration\n\nAct as the primary liaison between operations and programming teams and community partners\nEstablish and maintain relationships with Community Partners for the purposes of serving CORRAL's girls and their families\nMaintain CORRAL's Community Resource Database\nCreate brand awareness for CORRAL with peer-organizations and strategic partners; act as liaison in meetings and other spaces about CORRAL's mission, programs, outcomes, and population\nSupports staff in building program-related Strategic Partnerships\nOversees \"referrals out\" process in our SF database\nSupport Programming Team members in connecting families or girls in need with available resources and services\nLeads referral process\nEnsures that JTH participants and referral sources receive adequate communication and follow-up prior to intake\nCultivates and maintains relationships with CORRAL's key referral sources including court counselors, school social workers, partner organizations, and CPS\nActs as a point of contact for referring agencies\n\nChampion Management\n\nEnsures champions understand the \"why\" of CORRAL\nEnsures that volunteers are thoroughly prepared for their roles\nUpdate Salesforce with interactions with champions as needed\nManages a group of volunteers and is responsible for the training, coordination, and capacity building of our volunteer champions. Includes volunteers in the \"rigor with joy\" culture of CORRAL\nFosters authentic relationships with all champions (donors and volunteers) to ensure adequate resources for the girls and maintain the brand of CORRAL\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nA bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience\nDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with an understanding of the experiences and needs of historically marginalized communities\nExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups; demonstrates active listening, empathy, professionalism, diplomacy, and respect in all interactions\nExperience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nStrong organizational, time management, and resource management skills\nHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in Nonprofit sector preferred\nBilingual (Spanish) is a highly preferred skill for the position\n\nSalary/Benefits\n\nThis is a direct, on the ground, full-time salaried role.
