We're looking for ambitious, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to run and maintain our advanced equipment in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.Must be able to operate and adjust machines including:McKinley D/CWard -66” Flexo, Folder Gluer616 Martin244 EMBA140 Flexo, Folder GluerLittle Press – Printer Slotter machinesBobst – Pacific – Folder GluerKey Responsibilities:Set up machinery based on specifications and ensure quality output throughout productionMonitor flow, speed, and temperature, making real-time adjustments as neededPerform box checks, count and stack products, and ensure specs are metEnter production data into computer systemsConduct routine maintenance and cleanliness of machines and surrounding areaFollow Lockout/Tagout and other safety proceduresReport mechanical issues to supervisors immediatelyWhat You Bring:Must be 18+ with ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, kneel, crouch, stand)Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inchStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailBasic math, reading, writing, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in hot/cold environmentsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetPrior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferredPreferred Experience:High School Diploma or GEDExperience operating corrugated converting machinery and related equipmentBenefits & Compensation:Competitive pay: $20–$24/hr, based on experienceMonday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMWeekly payMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance401(k) retirement planOpportunities for overtime and weekendsClean, safety-focused facility with modern equipmentWhy Openwork?With over 50 years in the industry, Openwork is a trusted name in staffing and talent management.
