The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and business analysis, capable of working independently to establish and refine business processes. This role is pivotal in supporting command exercises, managing documentation, and driving process improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesExercise & Planning Support:Lead exercise planning and support, including developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and creating comprehensive after-action reportsAttend and represent the program at exercise planning conferences in various CONUS locationsProcess & Application DevelopmentDesign and implement a new data capture process and application to streamline information gathering during exercises, replacing the current manual process and driving significant process improvementDevelop and document business rules for leadership regarding change management and control processesInformation ManagementCreate, manage, and maintain a central SharePoint repository for all command exercise documentation and policy documents, ensuring information is accessible on both low and high-side networksEstablish and maintain a consolidated directory of 15-30 key policy documentsStakeholder CommunicationServe as a key liaison between the program, leadership, and various stakeholdersProvide regular status updates and reports to leadershipRequired QualificationsA minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report directly to senior leadershipProven problem-solving ability and experience developing business rules and processes from the ground upDemonstrated experience creating and managing SharePoint sites and other document repositoriesAbility to work on-site 5 days per week at either the Washington Navy YardPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with NAVSEA and/or the U.S. Navy is highly preferredAn active DoD Secret security clearance is highly desirableExperience with the Navy's exercise planning and execution process100% onsite on Navy Yard in Washington, DCCONUS travel 3-5x a yearSalary: 115k+ to align with education and experienceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Ignite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
