Builtmore Contracting Inc. is an established construction company with many diverse projects. Our projects range anywhere from residential remodels, residential new construction, new commercial construction, historical remodels and tenant improvements.\nThe Construction Superintendent responsibilities include managing the overall day-to-day supervision of field related construction activities for construction projects. These responsibilities will include overseeing personnel and subcontractors; scheduling and organizing the day-to-day activities of work. Perform work while overseeing the project to assure compliance with the scope of work and quality as established by the contract documents. Enforcement of site cleanliness and safety; proactively anticipating and solving problems that could delay construction. Promoting and instilling company values into the workforce, managing the permit and inspection process, and physically inspecting projects to monitor progress and compliance with project standards.
