Get inspired because no one's having more fun than us.\r\nPosition Summary\r\nThe eCommerce Lead owns the strategy, platform performance, and commercial execution of the company's eCommerce, sitting within agency of the Solutions Group. The role partners with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Website Development to translate business objectives into eCommerce roadmaps, spanning platform architecture, product go-to-market, conversion optimization, and performance reporting, on the BigCommerce platform. This is a hands-on role: the successful candidate will be as comfortable in the day-to-day operational detail, including order management and customer service, as in strategy and roadmap. Reports to the Global Director of eCommerce.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\neCommerce Strategy & Roadmap\r\nOwn the global eCommerce strategy and roadmap, aligning platform capability and campaign calendar with commercial and go-to-market objectives.\r\nTranslate market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer insight into a prioritised initiative pipeline.\r\nPartner with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance leadership to align eShop plans with wider business goals.\r\nPlatform Management & Technical Optimization\r\nAct as the primary liaison for offshore development vendors: managing scope, turnaround SLAs, QA/UAT sign-off, and escalation of defects or delivery risks.\r\nOwn the configuration, performance, and ongoing optimisation of the BigCommerce platform, including site architecture, UX/UI, and checkout flow.\r\nManage the BigCommerce- NetSuite integrationto synchronize eCommerce orders, automation, lead capture, and customer support workflows.\r\nOwn the eCommerce budget, forecasting, and platform-related KPIs; coordinate with website developers on issue resolution and enhancements.\r\nProduct Catalog & Inventory Governance\r\nGovern product catalog integrity: listings, categories, attributes, pricing, and digital assets across all regions.\r\nCoordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to synchronise inventory data and flag availability risks that could impact fulfilment.\r\nSupport end-to-end execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.\r\nConversion Rate Optimization & Customer Experience\r\nRun CRO programmes- A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UX enhancements, to lift conversion rate and average order value.\r\nTranslate customer behaviour and feedback into prioritised improvements to site usability, navigation, and the online shopping journey.\r\nAnalytics & Performance Reporting\r\nBuild and maintain the eShop performance dashboard and scorecard for monthly business reviews.\r\nTrack and report on revenue, conversion, traffic, and engagement KPIs, delivering insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.\r\nCross-Functional Enablement\r\nAct as the eCommerce point of contact for Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and Website Development, ensuring functional alignment on initiatives and integrations.\r\nDeliver eCommerce enablement and training across regional stakeholders and related personnel.\r\nFoster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\r\nRequired Skills and Experience\r\nProven track record managing eCommerce operations, ideally on BigCommerce or an equivalent enterprise platform.\r\nStrong command of eCommerce financials: budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.\r\nExperience coordinating with offshore or distributed website development teams, including remote sprint/ticket management and effective communication across time zones.\r\nWorking knowledge of website development principles\r\nExperience with CRO methodology, including A/B testing and funnel optimisation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and convert insight into decisions.\r\nExcellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
