Executive Assistant/Property Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a group of senior executives at a family-owned and operated company. This is a diverse and multifaceted role that combines high-level administrative support with key responsibilities in accounting and property management. We're looking for a "go-getter" who is ready to take ownership of their role and contribute to a small, close-knit team.
KKey Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Serve as the professional face of the office, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to the co-CEO.
Accounting: Manage lower-level accounting tasks, including payroll processing and data entry.
Property Management: Handle administrative tasks for a few properties, ensuring all related details are managed efficiently.
General Office Management: Oversee a variety of day-to-day office tasks, ensuring the workplace is organized and runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Experience with QuickBooks and payroll is preferred.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work independently.
Professional business casual attire is expected.
