The owners are on site daily, connecting with employees, lending a hand, and staying engaged in the work instead of just directing from behind a desk.\n\nRequirements:\n\nExtensive Forklift Experience\nAttention to detail\nAbility to accurately read and interpret large numbers, measurements, and part information.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nAssist with unloading, receiving, measuring, and inspecting incoming materials.\nStage and organize incoming material of all types appropriately and ensure all material is stored in such a manner as to prevent damage/loss.\nAssist with resolving problems/issues with incoming material by working with appropriate departments.\nCompiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities.\nAssist with organizing and maintaining products and inventory.\nPerform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.\nAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling and transporting materials.\nLoad or assist with loading finished products to be delivered to vendors or customers onto trucks.\nOversee adequacy of load securement by truck driver and adjust as necessary to ensure product is protected from damage during shipment.\n\nAbout the Company:\n\nWB Industries is a custom metal fabrication, welding, and precision machining company with more than 40 years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, and commercial customers.
