This is a force-multiplier role spanning strategy, operations, and delivery across a ~260-person organization.\r\nThis is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week at one of the following locations: Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA.\r\nChief of Staff\r\nOrganizational leadership - Own the operating system of the Sales Engineering org\r\nOwn the operating cadence - staff meetings, business reviews, planning rituals, Townhalls, and people and communications mechanisms\r\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting that give the VP and leadership a single trusted view of organizational health, delivery, and risk\r\nRun the rhythm of business across the leadership team, ensuring goals, metrics, and commitments are visible, current, and on track\r\nManage the leadership team's priorities and time horizon, protecting focus on the highest-leverage work and preventing organizational thrash\r\nOversee budget planning and management, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively across the organization\r\nPlan and allocate resources effectively across project demands and organizational goals\r\nDrive clear, consistent internal communications - keeping the org aligned and informed\r\nTechnical Program Manager\r\nEngineering execution — Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives end to end\r\nLead highly cross-functional engineering initiatives - on time, within scope, within budget - through influence without direct authority.
