In this role, responsibilities will include partnering with business and product teams to analyze and improve process, gather and document requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that support operational efficiency and business objectives. The Process Analyst will help identify opportunities for improvement, support Agile initiatives, track key performance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions that drive measurable business value.Preferred Qualifications:Experience conducting business and user research and translating findings into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira.Knowledge of and ability to lead key process improvement activities within a product team, including: process mapping and analysis, process design and optimization, methods development, performance standard and KPI/metric development, ROI and cost-benefit analysis, and financial reviews.Support quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of quality assurance plans, test plants, validation activities, and release readiness assessments.Support change management efforts to drive successful product implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies or cost savings.
