This role combines operational support, systems administration, service coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement to help ensure Team Members have a seamless technology experience. The analyst partners across IT and the business to manage lifecycle activities, improve operational workflows, maintain accurate system and asset records, coordinate deployments and changes, and turn service data into actionable insights that reduce risk, minimize disruption, and support growth.What You’ll Do: Support day-to-day technology operations across corporate, field, and restaurant environments by monitoring service health, coordinating operational workflows, and helping maintain reliable technology services.Analyze incidents, requests, asset data, and service trends to identify recurring issues, surface root causes, and recommend improvements that enhance reliability and the end-user experience.Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access changes, asset assignment, and lifecycle activities across Windows, macOS, mobile, and restaurant technology environments.Administer and maintain core IT systems and operational tools, including endpoint management, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, ticketing systems, and asset management solutions.Partner with technology and business stakeholders to coordinate escalations, maintenance activities, technology rollouts, and issue resolution.Track service levels, backlog, aging tickets, and operational metrics; prepare reports and dashboards that support prioritization, transparency, and decision-making.Maintain accurate documentation for systems, standard configurations, procedures, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks to improve consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.Assist with technology refreshes, upgrades, deployments, and pilot programs by helping plan, test, communicate, and execute work with minimal business disruption.Support vendor coordination and follow-through for hardware, software, and managed services to help ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and accountability.Help manage software licensing, asset inventory, configuration records, and technology standards to improve visibility, cost efficiency, and operational control.Proactively identify manual work, process gaps, and control weaknesses and recommend more scalable, secure, and efficient ways of working.Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience by communicating clearly, following through on commitments, and translating technical information into practical guidance for non-technical partners.The Qualifications:3+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, service delivery, systems administration, or a related analyst role.Experience supporting operational processes across endpoint management, identity and access, asset lifecycle, collaboration tools, ticketing, or knowledge management platforms.Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and basic networking concepts in a distributed or multi-site environment.Demonstrated ability to analyze service metrics, investigate issues, identify trends, and recommend practical process improvements.Experience managing multiple priorities, coordinating cross-functional work, and driving tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear updates and guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience creating and maintaining clear documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge base content, and operational reports.Understanding of IT operational disciplines such as incident, problem, change, release, asset, or vendor management.Commitment to operational excellence and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused technology experience.Experience with reporting, dashboards, or data analysis tools used to support operational decision-making is a plus.Experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other distributed operations is a plus.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, endpoint management, or service management) are a plus.Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipmentMust be able to identify, analyze and assess detailsFor certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 poundsAbility to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectivelyConstantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicableAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner What we offer: Competitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives*Early Wage Access!
