Limited heavy lifting may be required from time to time.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nWorking knowledge of Various End-user Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, Android & iOS)\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and newer (including AD, DNS, DHCP, etc)\nWorking knowledge of virtualization technology (Hyper-V, VMWare, Parallels, etc)\nWorking knowledge of email platforms (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google G Suite, etc)\nFundamental understanding of networking (VLANs, DHCP, VPN, etc)\nBasic Problem-solving Techniques (must work well under pressure)\nGood Interpersonal Communication Skills\nEDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE\nAt least an Associates degree in a computer/technology-related field of study (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred)\nAt least 2 years experience in a computer/technology-related field\nTOOLS REQUIRED\nVehicle & valid driver’s license for on-site engagements\nHOURS\nFull-time (40 hours per week).
