Our mission is to Accelerate — expanding what’s possible for our customers, our people, and our communities.\nWe operate as One Team, Take Ownership, Seek to Serve, and Go Beyond to deliver quality, operational excellence, and scalable manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.\nSUMMARY\nAssemble and inspect electronic PCBs boards\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nProduce quality products with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free).\nFollow appropriate quality policies and procedures.\nAccurately record quantity using Factory Logix.\nPerform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.\nPractice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.\nBuild product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.\nActively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.\nMaintain a clean and safe work area and environment.\nProvide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPositive and dependable team members with a strong work ethic.\nPunctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing work environments.\nA collaborative approach to addressing issues.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all team members.\nFlexible and able to adjust to shifting tasks based on business needs.\nProficient in reading, writing, and understanding English to effectively communicate and comprehend internal company documentation.\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are required.\nAbility to interpret and understand performance graphs and other data visualizations.\nAbility to apply critical thinking to assess product quality and ensure compliance with written documentation.\nCapable of performing basic data entry transactions.\nCERTIFICATIONS\nWithin one year of employment, must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.\nWithin one year of employment, must achieve a passing score on the IPC-A-610 certification course (current revision).\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
