BIM Technician / Electrical Revit Designer Drafter Location: Willowbrook, IL.Job Type: Permanent hire full timePay range: (commensurate with experience, education, skills, and market trends) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (onsite/in-person)Additional Compensation: Potential discretionary bonuses, car allowance, or other incentives.Electrical industry experience preferred.JOB SUMMARY:The BIM Technician / Electrical Revit Designer Drafter is responsible for advanced modeling and creating working shop drawings to support shop fabrication and field installation on a variety of Electrical construction projects. This role involves coordinating drawings and collaborating closely with Project Managers, Vendors, Engineers, and Field Personnel. The BIM Technician will utilize Autodesk software and other applicable third-party tools to produce accurate, coordinated, and constructible models. During the interview you will be asked to do a REVIT modeling exercise of modeling a conduit raceway from one piece of gear to another.
