{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"46ca9d9be89c2fd136c15583","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/46ca9d9be89c2fd136c15583","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/46ca9d9be89c2fd136c15583","title":"Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst / IMS Analyst","description":"Position Summary\nThe Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst / IMS Analyst will prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.\n\nWork location: Onsite in Melbourne, FL\n\nDuration: 9 months (renewable)\n\nWork shift: 7:30AM-4:30PM\n\nTerm: W2 position\n\nWork authorization: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCreate and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives.\n\nEnsure schedules are integrated across engineering, manufacturing, materials, and finance, conducting critical path analysis and network logic validation.\n\nImplement industry standards such as DCMA 14-point analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).\n\nUtilize tools like Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or Primavera P6 to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.\n\nSupport Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) and prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management.\n\nExperience, Skills, and Qualifications\n\nProven experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).\n\nUnderstanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines, principles, and reporting.\n\nUnderstanding of Material Cost Management.\n\nExperience in Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA), Critical Path Analysis, and knowledge of DCMA 14-point health metrics.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.\n\nExperience within the defense or aerospace industry.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and work collaboratively within a team.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government (DoD) Secret security clearance. Active, in-scope DoD Secret security clearance a huge plus.\n\nUS Citizen: This role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background search and U.S. citizenship. Residency requirements may apply.
