The position will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to establish governance, track timelines and dependencies, and remove blockers that could affect delivery. The ideal candidate will help shape a unified security framework and streamline processes that connect internal controls with external regulations.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $189,000 – $258,000 annuallyResponsibilities Drive large-scale, multi-team security and engineering programs from strategy to execution. Coordinate cross-functional leaders to align on security and compliance priorities. Own project governance, tracking risk and timelines while surfacing blockers. Develop and manage a unified security framework with heads of practice. Streamline processes by integrating external regulations and frameworks. Ensure compliance controls align with business objectives. Proactively assess and manage risks within industry frameworks.Qualifications BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, or related IT field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years in Security, IT, or Compliance roles. Thorough knowledge of security frameworks, including SOX, and threat landscapes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
