Community Manager
We are looking for a highly proactive and relationship-driven Community Growth Manager to help build and grow engaged communities around Ace Alliance, Affiverse and Revpanda.Our brands already have strong products, content, partnerships, and industry presence. The next step is creating an ecosystem where affiliates, operators, B2B experts, founders, creators, thought leaders and industry professionals actively engage, network, and return regularly.This role goes beyond traditional social media management. We are looking for someone who understands how to build conversations, relationships, and long-term engagement across online communities, events, content platforms, and industry ecosystems.You will play a key role in helping position our brands as highly active and valuable networking and media communities within the affiliate marketing and iGaming industries.Responsibilities:Build, grow, and manage communities around Ace Alliance, Affiverse, and Revpanda across different platforms (f.e. Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, WhatsApp, Slack groups, industry forums and niche communities)Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies aligned with each brand’s positioning and audienceCreate and maintain highly engaging community environments by driving discussions, networking opportunities, AMAs, webinars, polls, live chats, industry conversations and community-led initiativesModerate and manage community spaces while ensuring professional, engaging, and positive interactionsBecome an active public-facing representative of the brands within affiliate marketing and iGaming communitiesBuild and maintain relationships with affiliates, operators, content creators, founders, conference attendees and industry influencersCollaborate closely with content, SEO, design, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to amplify campaigns and industry visibilitySupport community activation before, during, and after industry conferences and networking eventsIdentify trending industry topics, discussions, and opportunities for engagement-driven content and community campaignsGather audience feedback and community insights to support brand positioning, content strategy, and partnership opportunitiesHelp grow the brands’ presence through creator collaborations, ambassador-style relationships, and ecosystem partnershipsMonitor and report on community KPIs including engagement, retention, audience growth, participation rates, referral traffic, brand mentions and community sentimentRequirements:2+ years of experience in Community Management, Audience Growth, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Media, or related fieldsPrevious experience within iGaming, affiliate marketing and/or media is highly preferredStrong understanding of online community dynamics and engagement strategiesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience managing communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, or similar channelsStrong networking, communication, and relationship-building skillsComfortable engaging with audiences daily and acting as a visible brand representativeAbility to create conversation-driven and engagement-focused contentUnderstanding of internet culture, creator ecosystems, and modern community-building trendsHighly proactive, organized, and self-driven personalityAbility to multitask and manage multiple communities/projects simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with ability to analyze engagement and community performanceNice to have:Existing network within affiliate marketing or iGaming industriesExperience attending or supporting industry conferences/eventsExperience working with influencers, creators, ambassadors, or affiliate communitiesUnderstanding of media products, affiliate marketing, publishing ecosystems and digital acquisition channelsExperience using tools such as Discord, Telegram bots, Notion, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Slack, Canva or similar platformsWhat we offer:Diverse career growth opportunities.Friendly and supportive colleagues.Highly competitive compensation and performance bonuses.Attractive “Refer a Friend” bonus program.Fully remote work opportunity.Advanced benefits package (public holidays, annual vacations, covered sick leave, additional days off, etc).Paid trainings and work-related courses.Mental health support (psychological sessions, coaching, therapy).Monthly virtual teambuildings to stay connected and engaged.
