This position acts as the central hub connecting internal teams (design, product development, sales) with external licensing partners, ensuring all active licensed programs are executed seamlessly from concept to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily administrative assistance across all active licensed programs.Maintain licensing agreements, style guides, approvals, and submission trackers.Prepare reports, presentations, and status materials regarding licensing performance.Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in licensing.Handle communications, prepare updates, organize feedback, and follow-ups.Communicate licensing guidelines clearly to design, product development, and sales.Collect assets, submit artwork to licensors and track approvals.Track sample requests, production timelines, partner approvals, and final deliveries.Qualifications2+ years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, or a related coordination or administrative role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong negotiation skills.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a proactive mindset.Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)*EnVogue reserves the right to adjust the salary, within or beyond the stated range, based on factors such as candidate experience, market conditions, and internal compensation structures.
