Material Handler

Material HandlerWe are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone with inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing manual cycle counts and working within inventory systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Receive, move, and stage materials throughout the facilityPerform manual cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checksMaintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustmentsUse computer systems and ERP platforms to track materials and updatesSupport shipping, receiving, and production material needsVerify part numbers, quantities, and product locationsAssist in maintaining organized and efficient warehouse operationsFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesCommunicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors as neededQualifications:Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse, or material handling rolesExperience performing cycle counts or physical inventory countsBasic computer skills requiredExperience with ERP systems preferred (SAP or similar systems a plus)Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environmentsStrong attention to detailAbility to lift, move, and organize materials as neededReliable attendance and punctuality required
