Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Location: Boise, IdahoJob Duration: 13 WeeksStart Date: ASAPShift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-FridayHours: 40 per week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The role requires strong independence, clinical judgment, and experience in home health documentation and OASIS assessments.
