Primary focus will be supporting direct production activities, including raw material staging, packaging staging, assisting with charging raw materials, general housekeeping and other duties as assigned. This position will be a rotating day, swing and nights shift position. This position is located in the Perris, CA. facility.\n\nEssential Job Responsibilities & Duties\n\nAccurately completes required paperwork and documentation, including the use computer tracking systems.\nMaintains availability of staging inventory of micro-add raw materials.\nAssists with drum banding and labeling.\nExecutes trailer readiness acceptance program (TRAP).\nPrepares packaged resin for shipment: drum palletizing, banding, and labeling.\nWork flexible hours and willingness to work overtime based on production demands\nAssists with Hazardous Waste drum inventory and other safety inventories, as required\nAssist with shipping documentation, including but not limited to receiving raw materials into data tracking applications\nInspects and loads tankers, totes, and drums for shipment\nOperates yard jockey, as needed\nPerforms painting, scraping, and cleaning of the work areas, as designated.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made upon request to enable individuals with qualified disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use fingers and hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop and kneel; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit for long periods, as well as occasionally be required to climb or balance.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.\nLifting requirement: Up to the maximum safety-recommended 55 pounds\nExposure to extreme temperatures, hazardous chemicals, and rotating shifts\n\nWork Environment\n\nMainly a manufacturing facility, where exposed to chemical processing, outdoor work environment, moving mechanical parts, forklifts, yard jockey, heavy pallets, moderate to loud noise level, and air-borne dust, powders, and fumes.
