As the business grows, the company relies on strong administrative support to keep daily operations organized and efficient.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Stuart, FL. The Administrative Assistant will handle front office responsibilities, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Daily tasks include managing schedules and appointments, maintaining records and files, preparing basic correspondence and documents, and supporting the coordination of service calls and projects. The person in this role will assist with data entry, updating customer and job information, and processing incoming and outgoing mail and emails. The Administrative Assistant will also support management with general clerical tasks, help maintain office supplies and organization, and collaborate with field staff and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Qualifications Strong administrative support skills, including Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Professional communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication and courteous Phone Etiquette when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.Solid Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping with high accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning company-specific systems.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business, office administration, or a related field is a plus.Previous experience in an office, construction, trades, or service-based environment is preferred but not required.Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
