Their duties include managing vehicle repairs and Driver needs, monitoring supply chain software to track order shipments and investigating lost shipments or late deliveries.\r\nResponsibilitiesCoordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.\r\nResponding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.\r\nReviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.\r\nMaking special shipping arrangements as necessary.\r\nUse a computer to track product shipments across multiple channels.\r\nTracking and fixing shipping errors.\r\nEnsuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.\r\nIdentifying areas for process improvement and helping develop and implement any changes to increase efficiency and reduce delivery timelines and or costs.\r\nEnsuring that the remote receipt process is being followed by assisting the Operations teammates or entering receipts themselves.\r\nQualificationsEffective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.\r\nQuick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\r\nExcellent customer service and client relations skills.\r\nKeep organization and time management skills.\r\nGood collaboration and teamwork abilities.\r\nGreat leadership and goal-setting skills.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\r\nAdvanced data analysis and data visualization.\r\nExpert inventory management.\r\nAbility to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.\r\nUnderstanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.\r\nDepart of Transportation (DOT) licenses or certifications could be required based off vehicle types being utilized.\r\nCompany OverviewVision Technologies, a national and global systems integrator, provides IT services and solutions for commercial and federal clients.
