Licensed Massage Therapist – Boutique Luxury Spa (Employee Position)

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in a W-2 employee role. This role requires maturity, reliability, and the ability to work without supervision while maintaining an elevated client experience. Responsibilities: Perform customized massage sessions (relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue) Deliver a consistent 5-star client experience from arrival to departure Check clients in and out using booking/POS software Process payments and manage appointment flow Maintain clear and professional client communication Reset and sanitize treatment rooms between clients Strip and turn over treatment tables between sessions Ensure treatment rooms and common areas remain presentable Participate in training and uphold Radiant Grace service standards Qualifications: Active Florida Massage Therapy license required 2+ years professional experience preferred Strong anatomy knowledge and pressure control Professional presentation and communication skills Availability to work one weekend day at least a couple times a month Reliable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable managing client check-in, check-out, and light front desk responsibilities in a boutique setting Luxury spa experience is a plus, but professionalism and independence are essential. Compensation & Growth: This is a W-2 employee position. Compensation includes: Hourly base pay Service commission Retail commission (where applicable) Gratuities Ongoing training and mentorship Growth potential within the company Full compensation details are discussed during the interview process.
