This individual will play a key role in our financial operations, proactively managing commission and billing assurance to reduce costs and enhance our partner relationships.About Your New RoleAs a Financial Analyst at CommandLink, you will focus on proactive (pre-transaction) commission and billing assurance. You will work closely with sales, billing, and finance/accounting teams to reduce costs and backend credits, directly influencing the implementation of software and process improvements and automation. You will also provide training and support to relevant teams on commission and billing processes and maintain and update documentation of all processes related to commission and billing assurance. This is a 100% Remote, Full-Time opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesFocus on proactive commission and billing assurance to reduce costs and backend corrections.Assist our Controller in the accurate calculation and timely payout of monthly commissions.Verify the accuracy of partner commissions during order provisioning.Review and ensure accuracy of partner commission data before payment.Analyze installation data for potential billing issues.Develop and maintain tracking systems for commission-related data to ensure transparency and accuracy.Collaborate closely with sales, billing, and finance/accounting teams.Influence the implementation of software and process improvements and automation.Support improvements to partner commission processes and systems.Provide training and support to relevant teams on commission and billing processes.Perform ad hoc financial analyses and support strategic business initiatives.Maintain and update documentation of all processes related to commission and billing assurance.What You'll Need For SuccessBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in financial analysis, particularly in commission and billing assurance.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the technology, telecom or SaaS industry.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.Familiarity with commission tracking systems and financial software.Why you'll love life at Command|LinkJoin us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication.
