The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development along with hands-on experience in UiPath automation, workflow development, and intelligent process automation.Required Skills4+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development. Strong understanding of Python syntax, OOP, data structures, and design principles. Experience with AI application development including: AI Agents / Agentic AI Architecture LLM integrations into workflows Prompt Engineering Spec-Driven Development Proficiency with Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Experience with Python data/ML libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Pytest or Unittest. Hands-on experience with UiPath Architecture and UiPath Product Suite. Experience building workflow-based automation solutions using UiPath. Strong experience with Queues, Libraries, and enterprise-scale automation systems. Experience with UiPath REFramework, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining.
