We provide tailored solutions in ProgramProject Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.\n\nPosition Overview\nThinkTek is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support government program execution through the development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated master schedules. The successful candidate will provide schedule management, reporting, and coordination support to ensure program activities, milestones, and requirements remain aligned with established plans.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, maintain, and update the Government Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in support of program execution.\nMonitor schedule status, baseline variances, critical and driving paths, milestones, and future schedule forecasts.\nBrief IMS status and schedule performance to Government stakeholders as required.\nFacilitate schedule planning and update meetings to incorporate new scope, requirements, and program activities.\nProvide weekly schedule updates and recurring IMS reports, including 30/60/90-day outlooks, variance reports, past-due task reports, and milestone summaries.\nDevelop scheduling graphics and visual schedule products using tools such as OnePager Pro.\nDevelop ad-hoc schedules and schedule products to support individual projects and emerging program requirements.\nCoordinate with program stakeholders to collect schedule updates, identify risks and dependencies, and maintain schedule accuracy.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nActive Secret Clearance.\n2+ years experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules in a government or program management environment.\nStrong knowledge of scheduling principles, dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and schedule variance analysis.\n1+ years experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools; experience with OnePager Pro is a plus.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and reporting skills.\n\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,030 – $65,020. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
