This role will blend hosting and table service responsibilities to support a fast-paced entertainment destination while making elevated hospitaity standards. The team member will welcome guests, manage seating flow, provide food and beverage service and collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and memorabble experiences.\nDezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida’s largest indoor attraction. We’re fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative, where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nGreet guests and deliver friendly and warm food and beverage services\nManage waitlists and seating flow to maintain balanced sections and efficient table turns\nEscort guests to tables, preset menus, and introduce the 007 Kitchen and Bar concept\nAnswer guest questions about the restaurant and Dezerland Park attractions\nSupport special requests, celebrations, or event needs\nTake and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and professionally\nAccurately take and enter orders using POS systems and issue receipts\nDeliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards\nCheck back consistently to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively\nHandle cash responsibly and balance the cash drawer\nMaintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, host stand, and dining areas\nAssist team members during peak periods and high-volume events\nWill assist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) when called upon\nFollow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all time\nAssist with opening and closing duties\nRepresent booth 007 Kitchen & Bar and Dezerland Park Orlando with professionalism at all times\nOther Duties:\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities.
