{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4684aa2d4b30bd9cdcde1efd","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4684aa2d4b30bd9cdcde1efd","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4684aa2d4b30bd9cdcde1efd","title":"Regional Learning Representative","description":"Regional Learning Representative Supports the Regional Learning Manager with coordinating and monitoring the development, deployment and evaluation of the company's education initiatives to align with the company's learning culture vision.\nKey Responsibilities: Assists with the management of assigned functional area(s) concerning learning initiatives, programs, and organizational development skills as required by the business.\nHelp determine education need thorough understanding business initiatives.\nAssists with the preparation of division education projects, including resources, schedule, and budgets.\nEnsures timely communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities.\nMaintains sense of urgency on project timelines.\nAssists with ensuring the quality of training programs through curriculum design, appropriate resources, evaluation methods and cost efficiencies.\nAssists with the development and delivery of training materials and programs and ensures communication of results to appropriate stakeholders.\nDevelop strong working relationships with division management, to ensure appropriate division involvement in education programs.\nAssists with the survey process of analysis and evaluation of programs/workshops.\nAssists with the review of training curriculum and makes updates as required.\nStays abreast of current developments in education processes, tools and approach.\nAssist with ongoing mentoring to team members.\nKey Requirements: College degree in adult learning, education, or behavioral sciences or equivalent field experience.\n2 years HR supporting duties or leadership role. Prior experience in retail store operations desired.\nMust have strong planning and execution skills.\nMust have ability to work with other to achieve desired results.\nMust work effectively in a team environment. Possess team and relationship building skills.\nPossess the ability to encourage, manage, influence, and train others to achieve desired results.\nPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with personnel at all levels effectively.
