In this role, you will manage the accounting functions for a select group of clients throughout the region.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients by staying informed on industry trends and addressing issues or conflicts. Proactively offer solutions to clients and team members.\r\nPrepare key engagement deliverables, including financial statements, technical accounting memos, account reconciliations, and other work papers. Collaborate with the engagement review team to ensure quality control standards are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.\r\nDemonstrate technical proficiency in managing client responsibilities, staying current with industry trends and alternatives.\r\nDevelop a deep understanding of each client's organizational structure, procedures, and internal policies.\r\nParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to further relationships and business opportunities.\r\nManage and maintain multiple client relationships and engagements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project execution.\r\nOversee billing and realization for assigned clients.\r\nSupervise, train, and mentor staff, fostering effective communication within the team.\r\nCultivate a positive, team-oriented environment by supporting management decisions and contributing to a strong organizational culture.\r\nTake on additional responsibilities as needed.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.\r\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with experience in both public accounting (audit) and corporate roles.\r\nCPA certification is preferred.\r\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.\r\nProficiency with relevant accounting technologies and software.\r\nBenefits\r\nPlenty of growth opportunities within the organization, ideal for a motivated and driven individual.\r\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\r\nHealth, Vision, and Dental insurance.\r\n401(k) with company match.\r\nPaid vacation and sick time.\r\nJoin our team and be part of a company that values expertise, client relationships, and professional growth.
