Job Description Food Service & Dietitian ConsultantDuties include supporting Nursing Home Administrator in supervising Food & Nutrition Department to ensure rules, regulations and policies are being followed. Assist in developing food and nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health of the residents while controlling for food costs and staffing needs.Hours per week: averaging one 8 hour dayshift (8am-4:30pm) per week during the months of June, July and August, and then as needed (no more than 32 hours a month) for a total period of 2 years. ( June/2026-June/2028)Must possess a current NYS registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with long term care experience.
