This position is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of events of all sizes. From staging, pipe & drape, tables & chairs, etc. Also warehouse prep and transportation, you’ll be part of the team that brings events to life.\nOur crew takes pride in creating seamless, professional environments that elevate the guest experience and support our clients’ success.\nKey Responsibilities / Duties\nSet up and break down event equipment including: Staging.Pipe & drape, tables & chairs, backdrops, basic set elements, and signage.\nLoad and unload trucks with event equipment and materials.\nPrep and restock event equipment and materials\nDrive and operate a 26FT box truck and Sprinter van to and from event sites. No CDL is required but we do want someone with experience driving a 26FT box truck.\nAssist with otherwarehouse operations projects.\nMaintenance and basic repairs\nGrow to lead a crew to follow event layouts, diagrams, and supervisor direction to ensure accurate setups\nMaintain a clean,organized, and safe work environment onsite and in the warehouse\nWork collaboratively with team members, project managers, and clients\nAdhere to all safety procedures and report any issues or damaged equipment\nSkills\nAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs regularly\nExperience with event setup, staging, or production is preferred (but not required)\nComfortable driving large vehicles\nStrong work ethic and reliability—shows up on time and ready to work\nAbility to work long hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
