All positions are paid, and you'll be an essential part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\nDuties\nAssist delivery drivers in safely transporting appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens to customer locations.\nHelp with unloading appliances from trucks using appropriate equipment like hand trucks and ladders.\nSupport the installation process by preparing work areas, connecting plumbing and electrical components, and assembling appliances as needed.\nFollow schematics and technical instructions to ensure proper setup of appliances according to manufacturer specifications.\nUse power tools and hand tools to perform minor repairs or adjustments during installation or maintenance.\nConduct basic troubleshooting for appliance issues related to refrigeration, electrical systems, or mechanical components.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.\nSkills\nKnowledge of schematics, electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and mechanical systems related to appliances.\nExperience with ladder use for reaching high areas safely during installations or repairs.\nFamiliarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and appliance repair techniques.\nMechanical knowledge including assembly, equipment repair, and maintenance of appliances.\nAbility to operate power tools safely and effectively for installation or minor repairs.\nCustomer service skills to interact professionally with clients during delivery and setup.\nExperience working with box trucks or similar delivery vehicles in a field service environment.\nStrong understanding of service technician procedures including troubleshooting and repair diagnostics.\nExtra\nWeekly performance and production bonus offered.\nThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical skills while providing valuable service that enhances our customers’ lives.
