Project Manager

Hybrid Orlando, FL Pay Range: $65-$67/hr on W2 Position Description: This role manages and directs significant long-term projects with business wide impact. Directs single project team and manages total project scope from conception to final completion. Manages necessary resources and administration from within and outside the organization. Typically reports to a project director, executive or director. Incumbents are in a temporary position or work assignment. This title is used only for the duration of the project. These projects support the implementation of the customer experience strategic roadmap and include the implementation of several AI Projects. Skills Required: Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff. Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums. Strong team building skills. Negotiating skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong project management skills are required. Experience Required: Experience in project management, relevant technologies including AI implementation , and in the assigned project areas. Change management preferred but not required Education Required: Bachelors preferred Additional Information: Hybrid. Candidate will be expected to go to office when requested and at least once per week.
