In this role, the starting wage is $25+ based on experience. As your career progresses, there are multiple upward paths available, as we are continuously looking for our next group of leaders to excel within the organization.\nThe shifts are 12 hours: 8pm-8am. You do not switch shifts. Candidate must be able to work compressed work week- 12-hour night shifts, including, nights, and weekends.\nQualifications:\nMust be a self-starter capable of working independently or as a team member. Prioritizing workload based on production needs. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nAn electrical/mechanical background in an industrial setting\nBe familiar with 110/220/480v power.\nExperience with troubleshoot, repair, perform predictive and preventive maintenance on high-speed production equipment.\nMust have the ability to systematically solve problems experience with industrial preventative maintenance, AC/DC motors.\nBasic computer skills.\nKnowledge of standard machine shop equipment, mill, lath, welding, plumbing etc. is preferred.\nMust have own hand tools.\nWillingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.\nFollow all company Safety Policies and procedures.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nHigh School/Trade school diploma or equivalent. Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
