Built to protect productivity, the new attack surface, Ent understands not just what users and agents do but why, and intervenes at the moment of risk before incidents occur. Where existing tools see events, Ent sees intent, so security teams can step in at the moment of risk instead of investigating days later. Founded by Lou Manousos and Brandon Dixon, co-founders of RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft) and the team behind Microsoft Security Copilot, Ent is in production with Global 2000 customers across hospitality, financial services, and defense, and backed by Decibel, Sequoia, Crosspoint Capital, Craft Ventures, Shield Capital, Felicis, and In-Q-Tel. We’re now hiring the team that will define this category.\nHow We Work\nCustomer first. The product and the business are built around problems we’ve watched real security teams struggle with — not the other way around. Every roadmap conversation starts with what a CISO told us last week.\nHumble. No drama. We hire people who share the mission and trust each other to deliver. Teamwork over showmanship. Accountability over politics. The work speaks louder than the person doing it.\nUrgency. The window to build a durable security company in the AI era is open right now and it will not stay open. The shot clock has started. We move at the speed of the people we want to protect.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the engine that turns Ent's category-defining product into pipeline. This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll own demand across channels, scale pipeline, and do it as a builder leveraging AI to move fast. We're looking for a growth marketer who thinks strategically and who is energized by building programs from scratch in a fast-moving startup.\nWhat You’ll Achieve (Responsibilities)\nOwn demand generation strategy and execution across paid media, digital, webinars, field events, and partner marketing, with pipeline growth as the north-star metric.\nBuild and scale pipeline in partnership with sales\nDesign and run field marketing programs including events, workshops, executive briefings as a primary near-term growth lever, prioritizing buyer education over pure spend.\nDevelop and manage partner marketing programs that expand reach through the ecosystem.\nLeverage AI natively across the workflow — content, campaign creation, analysis, and operations — to build and ship more.\nPlan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that educate a technical, security-minded audience on Ent's approach to intent-aware prevention.\nBuild reporting and analytics to measure pipeline contribution, program ROI, and funnel efficiency, and to inform where to invest next.\nPartner closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to align programs to revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.\nEstablish the processes, cadences, and infrastructure that let demand generation scale as the company grows.\nWhat You’ll Bring (Requirements)\n5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.\nA track record of driving measurable pipeline growth, ideally from $5-10M to $50-100M.\nStartup or high-growth experience, with a hands-on, builder mindset — comfortable executing directly rather than relying on a large team or agencies.\nAI-native approach to marketing: you instinctively ask how AI can help you build, create, and analyze faster.\nExperience across multiple channels, including field events and, ideally, partner marketing.\nComfort operating with ambiguity and change, and building programs and processes from the ground up.\nExcellent collaboration skills, particularly partnering with sales to align on and drive pipeline.\nFamiliarity with our stack of HubSpot, Asana, Figma, Canva, Camtasia is helpful, but no hard tooling requirements; we value how you think over which platforms you've used.\nB2B SaaS/ cybersecurity background preferred.\nOur Benefits\nDistributed workplace. While we have positions we hire for in our SF office, we also hire remotely across North America.\nOwn a piece of the journey. Every teammate gets meaningful equity on top of their salary.\nWe’ve got you covered. 90% of your medical, dental, and vision is paid by Ent. We also cover 75% for your dependents.\nTake the time you need. Our flexible PTO lets you recharge, travel, or just take a breather.\nFamily matters. 12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave (birth, adoption, or foster) and 8 weeks fully paid paternity leave.\nLive well. A $100 monthly lifestyle account to spend on what keeps you healthy and happy — fitness, wellness, learning, and more.\nSet up your space. A $500 home office stipend when you join as a remote employee.\nDiversity & Accommodations\nWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where people of all backgrounds, identities, experiences, and abilities are welcomed, valued, and supported. We recognize there is no single path to success and value nontraditional career journeys and diverse perspectives as key to building stronger, more innovative teams.\nWe strive to ensure an inclusive experience at every stage of hiring and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations. If you require accommodations or accessible formats at any point during our process, please let your recruiter know. As an equal opportunity employer, our hiring process is designed to put you at ease and help you do your best work.
