Reporting to our Senior Amazon Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and responding to Amazon-related communications to ensure timely issue resolution and account health maintenance.\r\nWhat will your role involve\r\nProduct Compliance & Policy Support\r\nTrack and manage product compliance requests to ensure all studios adhere to Amazon's policies and requirements.\r\nPrioritize 1P studios and collaborate closely with our Vendor Management team to address 3P studio compliance gaps.\r\nKeep a record of all expenditures by studio.\r\nDispute & Claims Support\r\nSubmit and track disputes through resolution, including shortage claims, price discrepancies, and chargebacks.\r\nMaintain detailed documentation of disputes and ensure timely follow-up with Amazon.\r\nProduct Availability & Listing Monitoring\r\nRegularly review Amazon listings (Key Studios and Evergreen products) to ensure accuracy in pricing, content, and availability.\r\nIdentify products at risk due to low or zero inventory and take proactive steps to prevent stockouts.\r\nEnsure drop ship offers are activated and maintained when products are out of stock.\r\nPartner with internal stakeholders to correct listing errors and prevent recurring issues.\r\nInvoice Processing\r\nMonitor, review, and submit Amazon invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.\r\nMaintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documentation.\r\nRespond to Amazon Emails\r\nAnalyze account alerts, performance notifications, and policy updates from Amazon.\r\nSeek quick resolution to issues impacting account health, listings, or order fulfillment.\r\nInitiate, track, and manage Amazon Vendor Central cases through to completion.\r\nEscalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.\r\nMaintain detailed records of communications, case statuses, and resolutions.\r\nCollaborate with internal teams to gather information needed for case submissions.\r\nProcessing Amazon Orders\r\nPrepare pre-order spreadsheet with all key metrics to evaluate order needs.\r\nHelp to facilitate weekly new releases: place initial builds as necessary through Amazon's Born-to-Run program and ensure that drop ship offers are activated.\r\nTrack new release sales, Amazon inventory levels and future forecasts.\r\nSupport order management system maintenance, including reviewing and clearing Amazon backorders.\r\nWhat do you bring\r\nPosition Skills & Qualifications\r\nExcellent organizational and follow-up abilities.\r\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and effectively manage time.\r\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills\r\nEnjoys a fast-paced environment\r\nExcellent verbal and communication skills\r\nTrustworthy with highly confidential information\r\nEducation/Experience\r\nCurrent student or recent graduate seeking a degree in Business, Communications or other related fields.\r\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite\r\nHesitant to apply because you don't have all the experience or qualifications listed?
