Its technology platform helps improve healthcare access, service delivery, and care coordination while supporting better outcomes for members.About the OpportunityThe Manager, Data Analytics leads efforts to identify, investigate, and resolve complex data challenges affecting the organization and its customers. This role serves as a key connection between business stakeholders, external customers, engineering teams, and data professionals. The position plays an important role in improving data quality, developing scalable analytical solutions, and translating complex findings into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related production issues, coordinating with internal teams and external customers.• Investigate data issues to determine root causes, business impacts, and appropriate resolution strategies.• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to develop scalable, accurate, and sustainable solutions.• Translate complex technical and analytical issues into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.• Define, develop, and enhance operational and analytical dashboards based on evolving business needs.• Develop analytical models, tools, and processes that improve organizational efficiency and decision-making.• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate findings, recommendations, and progress effectively.• Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities for continued improvement in data quality and operational processes.• Lead and support a team of data analysts, providing guidance, prioritization, and development opportunities.• Contribute to strategic data and analytics projects across the organization as needed.Requirements• Minimum 4 years of technical experience using analytical tools and developing reports.• Minimum 4 years of experience in client-facing roles involving the management and resolution of external issues.• At least 2 years of experience working with large datasets and delivering structured, actionable insights.• Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through cross-functional and client-facing projects.• Proficiency with SQL or programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis.• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and analytical functions.• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, or a related industry.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Base salary range: $111,034.80–$145,733.18 per year.• Eligibility for employee benefits, an unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Eleven paid holidays and paid sick time.• Paid parental leave.• 401(k) plan participation.• Life and disability insurance.• Paid wellness time and reimbursements.Equal Opportunity Statement:Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
