Provides coaching and support to Project Managers and Coordinators; completes issue identification, assessment, and resolution; provides technical support in order to achieve desired outcomes and compliance with Sutter Health policies/procedures and standards.\nJob Description:\nEDUCATION:\nEquivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.\nBachelor's: Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health administration, or other related field\n\nCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:\nPMP-Project Management Professional within one year\n\nTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:\n8 years of recent relevant experience\n\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nThorough knowledge of the project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documentation and record keeping.\nExtensive business knowledge sufficient to understand the operations and technical issues involved with the project and industry, to be able to anticipate and identify obstacles, and make accurate decisions and recommendations.\nAbility to provide direction, monitor, train, coach and assign work to project staff.\nInterpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of experience; competence in clear, concise and tactful communication with management, vendors, peers and staff.\nAdaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.\nAbility to plan and facilitate meetings.\nThorough knowledge of principles of Lean management systems.\nAbility to gain cooperation and support through effective use of influence and persuasion required.\nConceptual, analytical, and negotiation skills are necessary, along with skills in solving moderately complex problems and developing actionable recommendations.\nJob Shift:\nDays\nSchedule:\nFull Time\nDays of the Week:\nMonday - Friday\nWeekend Requirements:\nOccasionally\nBenefits:\nYes\nUnions:\nNo\nPosition Status:\nExempt\nWeekly Hours:\n40\nEmployee Status:\nRegular\nSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.\nPay Range is $161,491.20 to $242,257.60 / annual salary\nThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
