As a PSR Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on support and skill-building to help them grow, cope, and succeed with minimal ongoing intervention.What You’ll Do:Work one-on-one with children and adolescents in their homes and communitiesTeach and reinforce social, emotional, and daily living skillsProvide support in managing challenges that affect a child or adolescent’s well-being and independenceHelp children rebuild essential social skills – communication, interpersonal skills, social etiquette and emotional regulation – to support developmentally appropriate functioning Keep accurate, timely documentation of servicesWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma (or equivalent)2+ years’ experiencein children’s mental health, addiction, or foster careFlexibility to conduct home visits (evenings or weekends preferred)Strong communication and time-management skillsAbility to connect with diverse cultural and social groupsProficiency in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Why Join Us?Competitive pay– earn up to $37.08 per service hour Fee-for-service, field-based role– offers variety and flexibility.
