Front Desk AM Shift (7am-3pm) Part TimeWe are looking for a qualified receptionist to welcome and greet guests with a smile while handling a variety of tasks, such as faxing, taking and routing phone calls, check-in or check-out guests. Make, Change or Cancel reservations.A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with clients. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.Responsibilities of a receptionist include:Welcoming and greeting guestsPerforming safety checksDirecting guests around the area if asked (Must know the general area around the hotel)Answering and forwarding phone callsMaking, Changing and or Canceling ReservationsCopying, faxing and performing other administrative tasksLaundryKeeping the Lobby and area clean and well-organizedProviding delightful customer serviceDealing and Handling customer service with a smileReceptionist job requirements include:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat telephone communication skillsGreat organizational skillsGood computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programsGood time-management skillsCustomer-centric approachProfessional and friendly dispositionAbility to work in a teamWillingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasksExperience as a front desk agent is a plusWork schedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayDay shiftHolidaysBenefits:Flexible scheduleEmployee discountPaid training
