From subdivision, storm/sewer drainage, water supply piping, grading and surface flow, erosion control, and pavement/concrete design systems, you\\u2019ll engage in a wide range of impactful projects.\nSite visits and client meetings may require occasional travel, ensuring seamless project execution and strong relationships. If you\\u2019re ready to contribute your expertise to a collaborative, innovative environment, we would love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities Independently lead structural design staff throughout the project design and construction phases.\nIdentify and solve problems with a goal to provide appropriate and constructable solutions.\nWork in a multi-discipline team environment to manage the development, design, and implementation of structural concepts, systems, drawings, and specifications.\nCoordinate with external suppliers, internal design teams, and manufacturers.\nEnsure structural designs meet company Quality standards.\nUse various software packages to calculate gravity, lateral, and foundation loads.\nRespond to contractors during the construction.\nRequirements At least 5+ years of experience post-graduation from an accredited University.\nStructural Professional Engineer (PE) License. (SE designation a plus, but not required)\nRelevant design experience with building structural systems using wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.\nA strong understanding of building codes and value engineering practices.\nOrganized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.\nSelf-starter who can work independently and be part of a team.\nOutstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.\nWork independently, managing priorities and providing mentorship to junior staff.\nAbility to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit, and industry standard structural design software.
