Position Title: Quality & Compliance Associate (Manufacturing – Entry Level)Location: Martinsville, VA (Primary Site)Candidates based in VA/NC preferred (Durham, Raleigh, Danville, Roanoke)Hybrid with periodic on-site presence requiredPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality & Compliance Associate to support the development of our U.S. manufacturing and distribution operations.This role is ideal for someone who is interested in quality systems, compliance, and process improvement, and who is looking to grow within the medical device or manufacturing industry.You will be involved in building foundational quality processes from the ground up and supporting future regulatory and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Process SupportAssist in developing and maintaining basic quality control proceduresSupport inspection of incoming and outgoing goods (basic QA/QC checks)Help document and organize quality-related records and reportsCompliance & DocumentationSupport preparation and organization of SOPs and operational proceduresAssist in maintaining documentation aligned with regulatory expectationsTrack and maintain records for audits and internal reviewsOperational CoordinationWork with operations and warehouse teams to ensure process consistencyAssist in identifying process improvements and standardization opportunitiesSupport onboarding of future processes as the facility growsGrowth & DevelopmentLearn and support quality systems relevant to medical devices (FDA-related exposure)Participate in building quality infrastructure for future manufacturing operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred (Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field)0–3 years of experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or related environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsInterest in quality systems, compliance, or manufacturing processesAbility to follow structured processes and documentation standardsSelf-motivated and willing to learn in a developing environmentPreferred (Not Required):Exposure to medical device, healthcare, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with SOPs, documentation, or quality systemsExperience working in manufacturing or warehouse environmentsCompensation$45,000 – $60,000 annuallyGrowth potential into QA/Compliance or Operations rolesWhy Join UsOpportunity to help build a quality system from the ground upExposure to medical device manufacturing and regulatory processesWork with an international team in a growing U.S. operationClear pathway toward QA, compliance, or operations leadership roles
