Tecogen maintains 20+ custom PCBs that must be kept up to date on components and developed to improve product performance. They must have very strong electrical schematic reading and drawing abilities. They must understand the design of circuits for sensing temperatures, pressures, voltage, current, etc. They should have a basic understanding of software writing, and a strong understanding of control algorithms including PIDs. They must be able to work within a small engineering team and be able to communicate well.
